Magnetic Base

A high strength, flexible magnetic base with a semi-permanent fixing that can be conveniently removed and re-fitted without the need for floor cover caps.

  • 6 neodymium magnets fitted into the base engage securely with a steel plate which can be flush fitted into any floor.
  • When the base is connected to the floor plate it takes a force of approx. 250kg to lift vertically and 18kg to push horizontally.

  • Fixed to the required surface using a high strength sided acrylic self-adhesive bonding pad.
  • Manufactured with a bevelled edge to ensure the floor plate isn't a hazard when the post and base are not in place.
  • Can be easily removed and re-located if required, without damaging the floor.
